About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Mettle Crest online store and orders placed through it. Please read the product information and checkout details before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Using the store

Please use the store lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person’s information. Keep any account sign-in details confidential.

Product information and orders

Check the selected product, size or variant, quantity, and delivery details before completing checkout. Product availability and prices are shown on the store. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colours; this does not excuse an item that does not match its description.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. If an order needs correction or cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If a product or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you rather than substitute an item or increase the agreed total without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The checkout shows the product subtotal, shipping charge, any applicable charges, and total before you place an order. Payment is currently Cash on Delivery (COD); keep the exact order amount ready for the delivery person. Do not email us payment-card details.

Delivery

We currently accept delivery orders within Pakistan. See our Shipping Policy for the current delivery charge, COD instructions, and delivery support. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Order problems and returns enquiries

For a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, or a return or exchange enquiry, contact support@mettlecrest.com with your order number and details. Please contact us before sending goods back so we can provide the correct instructions. This contact process does not restrict your rights under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store.

Updates and contact
