Delivery in Pakistan

Mettle Crest currently accepts delivery orders within Pakistan. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping option and charge. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Shipping charges

Our current standard delivery charge is PKR 250 per order. The shipping charge and full order total are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on delivery

Payment is currently by Cash on Delivery (COD). Please keep the exact order total ready and pay the delivery person when the order arrives.

Address and delivery information

Please provide your complete address, city, and a reachable phone number. If you notice an error after ordering, email us with your order number and the correction as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. For questions about delivery to your address or an existing order, contact us before relying on a specific arrival date.

Delivery support

Contact support@mettlecrest.com with your order number for help with delayed, missing, or incorrect deliveries. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, retain the packaging and contact us with a description and photographs where possible. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
